By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for an indefinite period as long as you access or use the site. 
DUNNE reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review them regularly before purchasing or using our services.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by DUNNE. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying, storing, reproducing, or modifying in whole or in part, is prohibited without express written permission from DUNNE.
4. Eligibility
Use of this website and its services is open to all individuals and entities capable of entering into valid contracts under applicable laws.
5. Pricing Policy & Payments
At DUNNE, we aim to provide convenience, premium quality, and fair pricing. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at our sole discretion.
- GST: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST.
- Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- COD Policy: COD is available on all orders with no minimum or maximum order restrictions.
6. Packaging & Gifting
- Standard packaging is included with every order.
- Customers may request additional jewellery boxes for ₹250 per box.
- We also offer gift packaging/wrapping services, which may carry additional charges.
- Once requested and paid, extra packaging or gift wrapping cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7. Customisation – “Make Your Own”
DUNNE allows you to customise jewellery through the DUNNE App. You can design your own piece by choosing a base (bracelet, chain, ring, or earrings) and adding charms.
- Order via Website: Customers may also order single pieces from our website.
- Charm Placement: You can mention your preferred charm arrangement on the last page of checkout, or share it directly with our team via WhatsApp or on call.
- Cancellations: Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Returns: Customised jewellery is eligible for return/exchange within 7 days, provided it has not been worn and is returned in its original condition.
8. Cancellation and Changes by Customers
- Cancellation or modification requests will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
9. Returns & Exchanges
- We offer returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Sale items are also eligible for returns/exchanges under the same conditions.
10. Sales, Promotions & Coupons
- DUNNE may run seasonal sales, promotions, and coupon code offers.
- Two coupon codes cannot be used together on a single order.
- Promotional discounts may not apply to new launches, gift packaging, or already discounted items.
- DUNNE reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion.
11. Payment Security
All online payments are processed through authorised Payment Gateways in compliance with RBI guidelines. DUNNE is not responsible for any unauthorised transactions or security breaches occurring outside our platform.
